      Enjoyable work atmosphere but management needs improvement

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangements and generally friendly colleagues made day-to-day work enjoyable. There was a supportive atmosphere among peers, and the flexibility helped with work-life balance.

      Cons

      Management lacked professionalism and people-management skills. Training was unstructured and inconsistent, which made it difficult to develop in the role. There was little recognition for hard work, and communication from management could feel disengaged.

      Benefits are good and junior colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Diversity is very low with people being driven out Constant gossip and office politics creating a hostile workplace Rude staff in HR and Marketing (apart from 1 or 2 people who have now left) Long hours Some of the ssg teams are very small but fee earners keep growing
