Pros

- Earlier stage organization where you can help mold how things are being done and make a big impact in your career especially if you're just starting out in Customer Success - Role high impact and high visibility. Revenue/impact driving role where clear goals and metrics are at the core of how you make an impact with your customers so no guessing games - Customers love SafetyCulture solutions and advocate for SC. Our CEO among with many other employees are former customers - Very supportive teams and leaders #BetterAsATeam - SafetyCulture and it's Manila office is a certified great place to work for

Cons

- Pacing is fast (this can be good or bad) depending on what's your preference. For many this is a con but this should be something someone researches about before applying in an earlier stage high impact organization like SC. We're not just pushing buttons here - Teams can get siloed due to focused work and output so be thoughtful and intentional about connecting with the broader teams - Nothing's perfect. There's growing pains in SC as with many other businesses. What's important is being able to action opportunities and learn from misses which is what we do

Pros

Interesting product, strong brand and good relationships with existing customers - on a global level. However, the same cannot be said regionally for EMEA in Manchester. Good people who are very good at their jobs and truly care about the Company and its customers.

Cons

People in leadership roles are severely lacking in experience and don't have the skills or character required to be successful in their respective roles. Goals and objectives aren't communicated clearly enough and they often change from month to month, making it difficult for individuals to perform their duties and hit their targets. In region, there isn't enough emphasis on the Company's vision and strategy execution which has consistently led to conflicting priorities and unclear responsibilities. Operational scalability has been a real challenge for the region. The business entered a critical period in its history however, the region's leadership team failed to implement fit for purpose, robust systems and processes which then had a direct negative impact on the performance of individuals. The Manchester office has lost a large number of senior and knowledgable people over the past two years. Most people who remain have lost faith in the region's existing leadership structure and future of the business. The Company once prided itself on having a strong, inclusive culture however, I saw this slip over the course of 2-3 years. It's also a real shame to see a lack of women in leadership roles. They are seriously underpaying in comparison to the rest of the market in sales, customer success and onboarding roles however, they refuse to look at the evidence that's been provided to them.

Pros

An amazing company to be in, they don’t have culture in their name for no reason.

Cons

Probably challenging to think of one on the top of my head. But, honestly none that stands out
