Pros

Amazing staff. Great work culture and positive atmosphere in the office. Great career progression and incentives to do better. Good company incentives. Earning potential. Onsite chef. Good training structure for staff.

Cons

Fundamental things wrong with the platform which were not rectified / taking too long to amend. Which lead to customers leaving or reducing seats. New features being added without current issues being resolved. CSM's being involved in sales training and sales meeting, which were not always relevant. Constant changing of onboarding processes. The lines were blurred, teams doing things differently and incorrectly.

Pros

Since joining SC they are easily the best company I have worked for. -Incredible teams mates and inclusivity. -Positive, open, honest culture. -Always looking to improve and listen to feedback. -Hybrid working. -Constant opportunities for progression and is encouraged internally. -Prepared nutritious lunches every day. -Social gatherings on a Friday. Ping pong and beers.

Cons

Potential to look at a 4 day working week? Better bonus structure for members of the success team.

It always fills me with pride and joy when people say SC is the best company they have worked for. I can echo everything you're highlighting, these are all things I really value and enjoy at SafetyCulture. I'd love to chat about your ideas for a 4 day working week and how to improve the bonus structure. Customer success is at the heart of what we do for our customers and I want to make sure we recognize your efforts and set you up for success. Best regards, Feico Mol General Manager EMEA

Pros

Safety Culture is a good place to start if you’re new to the tech industry. A fun work environment, free lunch, hybrid work schedule and a really awesome coworkers. You can quickly move up into new positions and roles.

Cons

Not a good place to work if you’re experienced in the tech industy. Very low diversity, almost extremely low. There is a good balance of gender, but besides that it’s bad. Severely low salary in comparison to the rest of the industry. No inflation rate adjustments either. SafetyCulture says it makes up for it in the cool office, free food, and equity…it does not balance out compared to similar jobs in tech. Overall, inexperienced management. Makes concerning choices and I can never tell if they’re being honest.

Thank you for sharing some of your experiences. It’s wonderful to hear SafetyCulture has provided you with a shared space full of awesome people and growth opportunities. Like many organizations, we are continuing to drive greater diversity. If you have ideas on anything D&I-related, we would love for you to share them with us. Many of our best ideas often come from our employees! That said, it sounds like you feel further improvements are required for you to feel truly valued. I would welcome the opportunity to hear your feedback directly if you'd be open to it - kylie.greischar@safetyculture.com Kylie Uvodich, Americas General Manager
