Cons
This company doesn't value their employees, Owner uses everyone from the techs to the office workers. Owner only care about the profit he can pocket. You will work overtime with no extra pay and no lunch nor breaks. They do not see employees as humans or care at all about their employees. Interfere with your personal time and the place is impossible to work for. Employees are curses at, threatened to withhold paying you if your work isn't exactly as the owner wants. Turnover rate at this company is off the charts. There are no Pros unless you count on a under minimum wage paycheck to survive. Many Cons: long hours, no recognition, no respect, no value and very intrusive on employees personal life. They are rude, racist and hateful. You will be given many titles and never ever receive a raise. So unless you can live with t under the cost of living rate DO NOT WORK HERE.
