- They haven't been paying salaries since February - They are selling the company, and screwing over former employees in the process, by first forcing them to exercise the vested options to buy the share paying while a fee, and then giving away the shares to the company buyer for free, and leaving minority shareholders empty handed, showing some shady intentions and evil planning; - They don't seem to care about the future of the company, given the recent actions it seems like the current management just want to cash out, and leave, no matter if someone gonna be hurt in the process, including former and current employees - the engineering culture is really bad, behind good words, it's hidden a level of arrogance and ego of both the CTO and head of engineering, that I never seen everywhere else - From the inside, I can say the product is really poorly build, with many security flaws, personally I wouldn't use the wallet, and I'm recommending my friends to not use it either, unless they are willing to risk lose the money

salaries are bit lower than other big companies but not that far, also lately in the last 3 months salaries have been delaying very badly, which is not usually happening
