      Horrible managment

      Pros

      You only work 4 days of the week.

      Cons

      Managment is horrible. Favoritism at its worst. The pay is horrible for general laborer. They expect you to operate heavy equipment without the pay unless you’re related to management.

      Pros

      Location & Benefits were decent. Had some really great employees.

      Cons

      I was there before SWP was sold so I can't speak to current management or practices. No DEI program, no support from corporate, no mentorship, felt like I was punished for taking earned PTO, did not handle Covid well, no consequences for bad behavior or people that acted inappropriately.
