Harassment is rampant. If I was there for 12 hours, I was sexually harassed for 12 hours. They seem to think since they are a supervisor or manager, they can harass you no problem. They over work you - sometimes I worked 13-14 hours a day (with only a half hour break) for 6 days a week. They said that was ok because this will get you 'ready' to work 12 hour shifts. Yeah ok right. It doesn't matter how hard you work or if you are excellent at your job, if you are not a butt-kisser who falls all over senior management in admiration, you will not go far. They will get rid of you. Owner, management, and some co-workers are not moral and ethical - these married men constantly hit on you at work.

There were multiple instances of harassment brought to the attention of the company and they did not do much. The company has horrible health insurance and makes promises that it doesn't keep. They also expect employees to accept more responsibility and refuse to pay any more. They promote people that they can control and not people who can do a good job. There is no contract to sign when starting so you will have no rights and not know policies until you ask repeatedly. there is no maternity leave policy and they make decisions on how much they like you. Just stay away.
