Good place to work in with high tech level. Lot to learn. Quite flexible hours, available canteen. Medical insurance coverage, public transportation bonus and many discount.
Cons
Still a bit old way of thinking, but you can see it's improving.
Stable company with negligible risk of losing job. Many benefits including good health insurance and public transportation/car pooling contribution. Good salaries for graduate entry level. Very interesting and challenging projects, with great innovation. Very good direct manager (I worked in 2 groups, both managers were well prepared and well trained to have a team). Very easy to work with colleagues, even in different teams.
Cons
Very slow to climb the career path. The first salary improvement is automatic (within a year), after that it's very hard to get a good salary improvement, and so salary doesn't reflect seniority/capabilities/effort.
