      Pros

      STEELE's CEO walks the walk. She cares deeply about people- staff and clients alike. Pro's include happy coworkers, bosses that want you to succeed, unlimited personal PTO, and interesting projects to work on.

      Cons

      Consulting is not for everyone. Your attention can be divided among several projects at once, and there are constantly new projects starting and older projects ending- with a lot of uncertainty.

      Pros

      The CEO might be the best boss I've ever had. She's down to earth, engaging, welcomes feedback and exchange of ideas at all levels of the company. The benefits are fantastic! The schedule is very flexible, the work is interesting, and the colleagues can't be beat. A talented team of consultants that we're lucky to work with. It's been a wonderful experience working for this company and I can't recommend it enough.

      Cons

      We're a virtual office and so some of the team members don't see each other a lot. Other than wanting to get together with the team more often, there aren't any cons.
