Toxic culture & terrible leadership ruins what could be a wonderful place

Many good-hearted and talented people, across multiple working disciplines who will mentor and coach juniors through career development in the asset and funds management industry and associated ancillary services, so a good environment to build your skills and experience. Employees get the type of "full-benefits" package typically associated with large, well funded firms as opposed to small, start-up boutiques who have limited financial resources.
Cons
Frequent rotation of executives that have become systematically worse in terms of weak leadership, endorsing and/or cultivating a totally toxic working environment, with nepotistic decision-making, and instilling fear and threats as a means to command influence and power; Evil HR in cahoots with deceitful executive, so totally un-supportive to staff in listening to or overcoming grievances with management, or only prepared to entertain managements views and not get employees views.
