Pros

Nurses step into help one another because they know each other are all going through the same difficulty. This is also a con because they get burnt out quite quickly.

Cons

Management overextends themselves trickles down to nurses trying to handle all the patients. Bodega AKA office staff are Petty and will Target nurses they feel aren't pulling their weight and they are arbitrary about deciding who j nurses they're angry with. If they are angry with a nurse they will make her life difficult.. Whether it be messing with their workload, refusing to answer messages or phone calls on that nurse's behalf, or just basically colding her out like mean girls in high school. They are basically miserable and disgruntled all the time and it really is displaced anger and aggression. I have seen nurses dissolve into tears daily in this millieu.
