If you rise to the occasion - Can expect to be delegated a range of low to medium level tasks even with minimal experience - Good colleagues are a big plus - A wide range of exposure with different clients in various industries and facets of PR
Cons
- while excellent as a starting ground to catapult learning for fresh PR grads, the trade off might be longer term growth - quick cycle of multiple projects makes it that you are exposed to too many things at once, and you never really master one area fully.
