AMAZING and thorough training for CPR cert., RBT cert. and work safety! Adaptive and flexible supervision from BCBA's Constructive feedback and questions are always welcome
Cons
Time constraints for writing notes, implementing change and making stimuli Technician time is not respected, will often be called in on days off or have appointments given to higher-ranking BTs Self Preservation is not actively encouraged- both mentally & physically Hierarchy - internal biases to technicians of same rank and overworking of newer technicians Absent Management, only BCBA's, techs and front office appeared weekly. director often only visited for some monthly meetings and left afterwards.
