Pros

If you’re lucky, since it’s a body rental company, and you end up with a good client, all the benefits and pros come from the client.

Cons

There’s absolutely no chance for career growth unless you’re one of the chosen few. Becoming a sircle leader just means more headaches, not better compensation. The tools provided by the company are laughable—just like the salary.

Pros

As every company, anyone can improve. But you can bet that in the future I will come back. One of the happiest period in my life. I took another path because I wanted to see how life was on a vendor, but I loved every single moment there. The culture is great and people are always helping each other. Salary is good and company is always trying to make people grow.

Cons

Some processes might need some tuning and maybe some more leaders with the same culture will surely help to scale out.
