      - Casual work attire - Work From Home day - OK benefits

      Cons

      - Lack of growth. - Mediocre pay. - Increasing job instability. - Your job duties will increase, but your title and/or compensation will remain the same. - Depending on your field, you won’t have enough transferable skills for better opportunities. Therefore, you must gain these skills elsewhere or else you’ll remain pigeonholed here. - The red tape here restricts your ability to make a meaningful impact and live up to your full potential. You’re a small fish in a big pond here.

      Ability to work with many different employees from many countries.

      Cons

      Unethical behavior and political machinations. This is a Chinese company. Beware as things will not be done as you would expect from a US Company with rules and regulations.

      Good chance to work with a global team

      In the interview, they asked about the latest technologies but actual work is going with very old useless technologies. The Sri Lankan management and HR are very unethical. Everything goes around office politics. Very disgusting ethics around the office premises.
