- Salary in peanuts - Work overload - If no projects, company throws you in sales and marketing. - Company wastes money on foreign trips for limited people. - Stagnant growth after one year. - Selfish COO in Goa office. - Dirty politics from HR. - Same people are selected again and again for foreign trips. - 3 late marks (5 minute late), company deducts half day salary, but does not consider late working for even 1 hour. - Don't expects good increments ever. - CTC mentioned in the letter is a Lie , lots of deductions such a PF, ESI etc. - No contribution of PF from company side, it is deducted from employees salary. - Only your bad points are discussed during reviews - Whatever management says are all LIES, No one is available to discuss your issues. - Happiness survey is conducted but just to see who should be thrown out or whose raise should be blocked. - Lots of wastage of money instead of good increments. - Poor project managers. - No Motivation to learn new things - Too much partiality in office. - Employees are frustrated due to less salary and poor increments.

Management Team is fake. No Innovation is done here. Innovation is only in the name. Still stuck with Old technologies. Not up to date with latest technologies. Don't join if you have experience of more than 2 years. Need to get managers with experience of different companies. Current management team is like the frogs in the well. They think whatever they do is right.
