No job mobility whatsoever, especially for administrative assistants. Why would you work in finance if you're not ambitious - but yet they tell you to know your role and be OK with being a lifelong admin and literally will never, ever listen to you. Just look at their job openings - always openings for assistants, and in the same departments. No one wants to stay there. They treat admins terribly, complete lack of respect. Old boys club. Nothing new in the finance industry, but their HIGH TURNOVER RATE SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. Absolutely do not apply for admin position unless you're completely desperate or OK with being a career admin with no respect or job security - I've seen them fire people for absolutely no reason - at will employment is not favorable for those on the bottom of the food chain. Being an admin is a respectable career path, but not in this company. Avoid like the plague.
