      It might not be the job you want for life! Box ticking employees get all the praise - they do very little work - just sit there keeping their CRM up to date. Hard working employees are under immense pressure to complete CRM. It's all about CRM! Death by CRM. Oh, the inventor of CRM is the death of sales in this era of seagull management... Fly over... Fly in... Crap on everything that doesn't tick their CRM box and fly away again... It's the most demotivating thing in the sales arena.

      Nice plc to work. Love the friendly and bubbly colleagues when meet. (During lunch) else....office is quiet like mortuary.

      Cons

      Difficult to pass time. Leaders dislike staff communicate other than abt work during office hr. Prefer to concentrate on their job.

      Lack of Vision, Limiting Corporate Policies

      There is a major lack of vision within the organization. As an entry or middle tier employee, you do not receive any direction. You are given tasks and expected to do them without allowing you to understand the reasoning behind them. The onboarding process is very misleading. They bring you on in a high energy and collaborative environment. Then shortly afterward, they tell you to "figure it out". There is very little collaboration between different parts of the organization. Another small but very annoying part of their business is the software that they use. Good luck finding the information you are looking for and be prepared to use 1995 email software.
