Pros

Company with good reputation since its affiliated to parent company SIA so most of aircraft work comes from SIA. Though getting more work for A380 BA and Luthansa.

Cons

Us engineers have to work under time and management constraints and be resourceful enough to manage manpower and equipment to get job done. But ultimately, we are responsible for job done since we are the certifying engineers.

Base Maintenance, NO CAREER PROGRESSION. Traditional Mindset for the Top Management, not willing to adapt to changes. Top Management SEE EMPLOYEES AS LIABILITIES, first cut cost measure is to cut manpower. KPI never follow, lots of last minute inputs yet expect to accomplish on time. No matter how long your service and how well you've done your job, promotion never happens.
