Pros

There are a lot of extremely dedicated and hardworking people that work at this company. They will always have a door open for questions and answers and are willing to guide you in the right direction if you need it. The sad part is that these are the people that are often exploited by the company and who lose in the end...

Cons

This company is a complete disaster. There is no clear direction with anything as they flip flop on every issue. There is a refusal to innovate and instead they walk around in circles thinking everything will be fine in the long run. They've crippled their pilot, quality, AND analytical teams by getting rid of nearly all of them. Mediocrity and incompetence is praised on every level. Meanwhile individuals that are recognized as hard workers find themselves doing three people's jobs till they are burnt out husks of their former selves. The executive leadership keeps talking about the company culture as if it's been defined but really it's this ambiguous toxic miasma that contributes to a distrusting, stressful, and unpredictable work environment. One of their company values is "embrace the grit" which translates to smile while the work piles higher and higher until you're crushed under the multiplying responsibilities. This is not the place you want to be a part of or to contribute your time towards.

Pros

Gives the freedom to make real time decisions in any level position. New employees often get more advanced training than an employee in other companies.

Cons

Pay is NOT competitive. Every employee (unless you are upper management) us under r paid by about 10 grand. A lot of false promises are made and the value of employees has gone away. All hail the almighty dollar. Wants a world class company but doesn't want to invest in the infrastructure needed to make that happen. Instead of fixing the incompetence and poor working conditions they decided to slap bandaids on it like: two massages a year free. Implementation of the new SAP process is poorly executed, under planned, rushed, and didn't consider the needs of every department. Contingencies plans were not addressed and the "training" was a joke. Often the people leading these projects has little to no clue the real impact their uninformed decisions have on the rest of the employees who actually drive the progress of the company. Career opportunities used to be great, now not so much.

Pros

Excellent starting pay, abundant PTO, flexibility with working from home when needed

Cons

Poor management from the CEO through local leadership teams. Communication is severely lacking. Poor financial decisions from leadership cause detrimental consequences to safety, quality and personnel eliminations. Unqualified people in critical leadership roles.
