      Professional company in a tough market

      Pros

      Good work environment and pay is on par with rest of the market.

      Cons

      Company culture for most of the people is just something to have hanged on walls, people don't practice it on a daily basis. Internal opportunities are filled mainly by board of directors orders and not an organized internal recruitment process.
