Pay as little as possible per hour
Pros
work from home. Responsibility is given to you to complete tasks, you are not hovered over.
Cons
Pay as little as possible per hour(around 17$) for complex, stressful and highly trained work. Despite years of experience they choose to pay at the low end of the spectrum for a specialized skill that is highly in demand. They also heavily discriminate against part time workers. Yes they offer at home remote work, but only offered to pay for at home office expenses to full time employees-despite part time fulfilling the same tasks on the same projects. I am 6 YEARS in as a drafter and am paid 17.50 an hour. For every 17.50 they pay me for the hourly rate-they are charging 100-160$ per hour to the client. Pay increases promised on the basis of learning new skills are given, then put off because they "just can't justify it".
