Pros

Office location is good for resident of St Albert. Nice talented people, highly educated immigrants and experience people (retirees).

Cons

Everyone will need to wear winter clothes while working in the office during the whole winter season,.. period. That's how much the company care about you. Pay is not fantastic. Not a place to learn and get experience from.

Small company of 6 with 1 main partner contributing

Cons

No leadership, high employer turnover, no proper training, with lower than market pay. Hardly or No pay raise since employed, Performance purely based on management favoritism.Management very Profit focus and employee least appreciated. EIT, drafter, project assistance avoid this company. Inexperience management. No use giving feedback or complaint, management can't handle and cant be bothered.

Cons

Profit first mentality... Favoritism is highly practised here for management. Good work or seniority in the company get you nothing and no where. You need to be on the right "camp". Very political and salary increment is negligible.
