Competitive pay scale but could be better. Platforms could be better but still operationally sound.

Inconsistent bonus and profit share

The insurance industry in general has struggled the last few years, mostly due to some major storms. SECURA has made internal and policy changes and is back on track to provide profit sharing again this year.
