      Pros

      They've brought on a fantastic job placement manager, and they're at least half-heartedly attempting to promote blind people from within the company into new positions.

      Cons

      Financials are out of whack, HR is fairly incompitent, company is going “corporate” in the worst way, and they discriminate against the very people they claim to serve.
