Pros
S.J.Hemley is an exciting, fast-paced, creative work environment. Although we are a start-up company, we have taken on a wide variety of projects for clients and are growing quickly. It is also great working for a company that has good values and allows it's employees ample opportunities to learn and grow in their careers.
Cons
The only con that we have experienced has been that we are a small company and still have lots of growing to do
