      Unlimited PTO. Good pay. Good benefits

      Cons

      Horrible culture. Leaders come from outside the construction industry, have no construction experience, and lead with their ego. Huge turnover percentage in the STL office.

      Great bosses, no micromanaging. They trust you to get your job done and empower you with the tools to do so. PTO, Benefits, Networking and Development opportunities, happy hours, flexible working hours, relaxed dress code

      Cons

      High stress job - just know that going into it! Lack of advancement (there are opportunities but there may be a little bit of a wait to get them)

      The company used to be amazing with values and ethics but has since changed to become just another corporation with a pretty brochure

      Cons

      -Company has ran off several good employees over the years. -Family friends are hired and promoted over long term employees -they have an on staff therapist that shares all of your secrets with management -they promote drinking throughout the day with their fully stocked bar. -no problem with short staffing projects -will promote inexperienced people -pay is not always equal or fair
