Pros

A job if you have none

Cons

Low salary and even worse commission plan. In fact the worse commission plan I've even seen in sales. Especially for your responsibilitied, including hiring, training, and firing employees that make only $10 an hour. We were told in training by management that you're doing good if you have employees that have stayed for more than 6 months! Cheap company vehicle that GPS tracks you. Required daily reports that GPS tracks you. Horrible health care plans with high deductibles. Poor 401k match. No work/life balance No help from upper management Poor hotel food at all trainings and at summit. Rude employees at your HQ that have no understanding of the sales field due to lack of experience and low pay. They give you socks and cookie jars?

Pros

Frivolous rewards (chocolate on valentine's day for example) in a lackluster attempt at showing appreciation. Regular recognition for exceeding sales targets. Plenty of room for growth (though mostly due to high turnover). A close partnership with Samsung that offers exclusive deals to customers and helps to drive sales effectively.

Cons

One of the biggest downsides to working for this company is the insulting pay scale and structure. But that pales in comparison to the deplorable corporate to mid-level management communication, and regional leadership's inability to effectively and successfully lead. There is nothing worse than poor communication with a sales company, and the resulting terrible decisions that accompany it. Position demotions disguised as voluntary, and separations of dedicated employees who are stuck with minimal staffing and terrible pay because they believed the false promises of upper leadership are ultimately the largest contributor to the high turnover and terrible results this company has endured since coming to PA. Simply put this company will chew you up, spit you out, and tell you that it's your fault.

Pros

Commission payout is great, but only if you hit your numbers. If you’re at a slower store, it’s awful.

Cons

They preach opportunity, value and team, but at the end of the day, they don’t care about you. Employee relations just sides with the district manager so it’s not even worth bothering if you’re treated unfairly by them. You can consistently over achieve your goals but all they want is more. It’s stressful and they don’t give you the necessary tools to succeed. Run as fast as you can to any other company because it’s absolutely not worth the drama.
