Pros

Fast paced environment and the ability to work on projects for some of Seattle's largest tech clients. It can sometimes be trial by fire, but employees truly look out for one another. The company cares about its employees and provides events (happy hours, DEIB, trainings, etc.) that help make connections with others in the company they may not know and build those relationships further.

Cons

RUN continues to operate with great hesitancy. Fiscally, this can be to their advantage, but the reality is that it means doing more with less. More project workloads for employees with salaries that are frankly too low. There were talks of salary pay bands, but that either doesn't exist or isn't shared openly. You hit your career ceiling fast here without much opportunity for growth.
