Pros

The salary isn’t great, but it’s manageable.

Cons

We have a huge number of layoffs each quarter. People who truly deliver, who are motivated and genuinely interested in their jobs, are being let go. It actually doesn’t seem to matter — I’ve seen many people get fired out of the blue. It’s like this: we’re no longer launching the product, so everyone is fired. Also, the HR department does not seem to be interested at all in career development or creating a supportive environment. Sometimes we have to work beyond regular hours when we’re launching a product, but no one compensates for it. So if you don’t want to feel used and see no future within the company, don’t go there.

Pros

No pros. Great way to see you are much better than you think.

Cons

Managing directors are uneducated and come from non-sense, non-existed backgrounds and are not even able to manage 10 people. Too many layoffs, HR is not functional, and if you are really confident in your degree or qualities, don't even consider here. Worst people and managing directors also lying to their CEOs to keep up with their KPIs.
