      Pros

      A mostly collegial atmosphere among the staff; nice office location for Manhattan.

      Cons

      No autonomy; boss is never in but expects everyone to work until all hours of the night at a salary not in line with expectations; suggestions are ignored; forced to cater to clients who have unrealistic expectations; no bonuses.

      No bonuses, low pay, very overworked, very minimal support staff, no communication between management and staff, terrible COVID protocols, boss has shown up 5 times in a year

      Horrible management/lack of communication and transparency from boss to employees. Expected too much work for low pay and micromanagement is an understatement. Little to no training
