      Some friends, nothing really worth it

      Cons

      No room for improvement, favoritism, no advancement, will terminate anyone if they don't like you. Unorganized,un professional. If you get sick you will be fired.

      No clear direction in the job description. No room for growth. You need to be part of the "cool kids" club to be taken seriously. There are money problems in the company. Too many changes, especially with payroll.
