      Pros

      The work like balance is the best. I came from a place that did not have that and having it now is a dream. The office is filled with great people and has a great culture.

      Some good people on the teams.

      Cons

      The owner would tell me one thing but didn't back me up when it mattered. Expectations changed alot and I didn't feel supported. It felt like you could do everything right and still get blamed when things went sideways even when it wasn't your fault. Things aren't handled fairly.
