Good salary and benefits, high matching 401k contribution, generous annual bonus, strong creative work w/ opportunities to contribute, tight-knit staff w/ nice, funny people, lots of employees with long tenures (a good sign), interesting mix of local & national clients
Cons
Not a lot of typical quirky ad agency perks...no beer on tap or bring your dog to work type policies (which I wouldn't hate). It's a fairly lean staff, so everyone is super busy and there is not much partying going on.
