A Remote Role with Real Impact and Room to Grow

Pros

Remote work is a pro in itself! For an ever-growing company, it’s been a wonderful place to grow and learn so many things along the way. I love how impactful yet entry-level the calls can be. It helps the day flow smoothly while still allowing you to feel like you’re truly making a difference. The training material is endless (in the best way), making this a great company to establish yourself while building new skills and gaining valuable experience. The benefits are also very generous, which isn’t always the case with remote companies. Rollover Rep has figured this out and makes an effort to take care of each and every employee in meaningful ways.

Cons

I wish I could be closer to my coworkers; remote work can be a challenge.

Pros

Rollover Rep is both mission and value driven and it feels great to work in a space that really matters. The team cares about outcomes and about doing right by clients. It’s fast-paced, flexible, and a place where you can have real impact. Leadership is approachable, and good ideas are welcomed.

Cons

As the company grows, processes are still taking shape. Priorities can shift quickly, so it helps to be comfortable with change and ambiguity.
