Pros

co-workers and direct management is great. managers who truly care about you and your well being.

Cons

Quotas are completely unattainable. Out of the 18 AEs that worked for Rollworks in Q2, 3 hit quota....... 4 major layoffs in the past 14 months with the most recent being 19% of the company workforce. Short leash if you don't hit quota

- Good benefits - Nice people - Good tech stack

Cons

- Leadership lacks a solid plan for growth and is MIA for day to day processes - Mass exodus from senior leadership team (Founder/CFO, CEO, CMO, Head of Product, Head of Partnerships, Head of Sales) all have left since October 2022. - Stale product and slow to innovate; competition has leapfrogged RW's product

Pros

Great Product and the Solution Engineers are very good.

Cons

They talk about culture and culture creatures but its just malarchy. They are more focused on the product than the customer and the buying experience.
