New management walks around like everyone is beneath her. Respectful to her superiors, but if you report to her she will belittle you. When challenged she will plot to destroy and she just came on board. She will threaten your position and try to manipulate you if you don’t wag your tail, nod and agree. The only way to be successful under her is to agree with anything she says and stay quiet... once challenged you’ll be on her chopping list. Other head in leasing is hypocritical. Has little to no integrity. The department is toxic after the previous VP’s departure.

I'll second everything that's already been said here. The company discriminates and doesn't value its employees. It's a butt in chairs atmosphere. There's no point in voicing your concerns to the proper personnel because there isn't a check and balance system in place. It's sad because you would think with such a high turnover the employer would smell an issue- but it's simply because they do not care. They drive the good one's away and keep those who are so shut down it doesn't matter. Also, you are not compensated if you work over your set hours- you are actually required to take time off.
