Just wanted to preface this with, I left Steton on my own, to pursue another opportunity. I believe I left Steton on a good note and I'm not disgruntled or bitter, but I'm going to be completely honest.
Steton is currently going through a lot of changes. From changing the company name soon to employees, with a lot of Steton experience, leaving the company. Change definitely isn't a con, but if it's not managed properly, it can damage the culture and creates a lot of uncertainty. That's my experience with Steton.

Upper management talks a big game, but has nothing to back it up yet. However in their defense, most of them have been with Steton 6 months or less and they were dealt a hard hand to play with.
There is definitely a "my way or the highway," feel. If you don't agree or conform to management's ways, there is a good chance you'll be let go. That leads to a lot of brown nosing and creates a sense of fear and rift in culture. It doesn't harbor a safe and unified workplace.
There is definitely a pride with the some of the upper management. Even though they are trying to create a "open door" culture, some of the management is hard to approach. Even if you have a chance to meet with them, it doesn't seem like your voice is heard or considered.
Being an employee that has been with the company for 2+ year, is almost a curse. They seem to be "ousting" the old Steton, which also ousts a lot of wisdom and experience.
