      No pros just one only that they have good projects in their hand and your portfolio gets strong early

      Late sitting No management at all No seniority No bonus No Increment Delays in employees matter and a lot more

      Pros

      Nothing good in this company except for the friends you will make the junior lobby is good they help they stay with you they are loyal.

      Cons

      - your lead gives you false hope - no professionalism - so many extra hours - no respect to their junior employees - everyone will do whatever the CEO will say even if its wrong - no job security you will be fired in a moment even if you have worked with them more then 2 years - their is a SDK running in their company which you have to learn even if that SDK is not any of use of you in the market - office is bad sitting area is conjusted cockroaches roam around in every corner - no body knows what their job is this company is made up of un professional people My advice if any one get an offer do not take the risk leave it find another job.
