Pros

The e-commerce product is solid, some good people, the PaaS offering could become very interesting. SF Office location is quite nice.

Cons

Very poor onboarding with very little structure but very high expectations from the beginning. Poor, unprofessional people management. I never have been lied to and kept in the dark like this in my career. Very poor demo environment at that time

Pros

The employees are generally very nice, depending on what office you work in. The culture is OK, and the insurance is great. The perks are good, nice work/life balance and middle management seems to be honest.

Cons

Executives seem locked in the processes and there doesn't seem to be very good innovation at the top. Extremely poor judgement for years has led to no funding and I can't see this company lasting much longer. Bad executive decisions abound and people all seem to be walking on egg shells. A clear sign when people start voluntarily leaving like flies - layoffs are near. And they were huge last time around as 50% of the staff is now gone.

Pros

Great customer portfolio. Leader in e-commerce recommendations.

Cons

The BOD is being completely irresponsible in their guidance to leadership. The company has no direction, no viable product plan, no understanding of the market. Why would you hire a CEO who hates retailers? All the leaders are just being busy till the portfolio gets sold or the doors closed whichever comes first. CLIENTS beware start finding an alternative.
