      - revitalized management team - clear direction and transparency - new funding - clear vision for growth - lots of new customers acquired - definitive product roadmap - huge opportunities for career development

      - could always use more resources - some people who have been here since the last management team were cleared out seem a little jaded

      Pros

      We have a great team now with everyone aligned. Great attitude. Work ethic. People now care about our customers. Getting tools we need to do the job right. Management team makes objectives clear nad shares business details with us monthly. Now have got rid of bad attitudes, and entitled people hired by previous management. Everyone on same page.

      Cons

      Product needs to eveolve faster. Lot of additional work required to cover up missing features. Too many manual steps to get customers running.
