The current management treats you as an underhuman, without any respect. They change targets every so often so you have to do more for less money because wages never go up. Atmosphere is dull, you're tired and poor and wear black company clothes that you have to pay for.If anything breaks it takes forever to fix it. The bosses laugh at you behind your back and to your face bedind glass offices, and talk to you as if you was retarded. If you say that you dont like somethig you have to fill in tone of paperwork and you are being watched and trited even worse. If you get promoted , you're still on the same money but doing more.. and so on... Stay away.

Entire team left within month period due to poor management and when escalated management did not pay any attention to suggestions made for improvement. Experienced employees hired and then treated like children, very low staff morale, commission scheme not transparent and not achievable.
