Constantly moving direction. No consistency, creating fear and confusion with employees. Completely subject to one funding entity. Employees direction changing from day to day. Scope of work not indicative of different areas of the country. Contractors unwilling to take on work due to pricing not representative of the area. Management just trying to maintain employees while corporate is is befuddled.

Could go on and on but the basics are there is no one in charge who knows what they are doing. Andy Capps just wastes the banks money with propaganda and fake photos. Not able to pay money for real contractors so we use vendors who couldn’t even be concidered handyman. Just a fake company here today gone tomorrow after they split up the tax payers bail out money to the banks. On top of all that there are no offices in any other state than ATL and you can NEVER get ahold of anyone. I drove over 500 miles weekly between properties because management couldn’t figure out territory between 5 new PM’s. Company and upper management our a joke. Only the people in ATL are making the money while everyone else is not even considered for growth.
