Pros

- Higher than average pay - Good benefits - Generous Summer Hours - One of the few firms that still offers employees a "bonus"

Cons

- Extraordinarily old fashioned. You will have a VERY difficult time coming here from one of the larger, more progressive agencies - Bonuses are extremely misleading, don't expect to receive a "full" 10% bonus - Senior Management is EXTREMELY difficult to work with. They are stuck in 1995 and are unwilling to consider alternative tactics. You aren't there to think, you are there to do it their way. I also recently heard that they "let go" of a new hire after only 4 weeks despite being very capable. Not very professional - Their computers are almost as old as their PR tactics - Work is extremely unbalanced - Junior staff is excellent (as of 2011) but is stretched too thin
