      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Very unorganized stressful environment. Very under staffed and be ready to be over worked, it is expected of you to do so. Everything is mess nobody knows where anything is, so if you're an organized person don't work here.

      Pros

      Everyone locks arms to get things done at Repurpose. There's a big belief in work-life balance so we work hard but no one's working beyond pretty normal business hours. Love the mission too.

      Cons

      It is fully remote so that has its pros and cons.
