Cons

went down the toilet since its acquisition by an "ai-powered private equity," so you wont get far unless you're either cool with sacrificing some moral backbone and/or don't care about having a weird corporate entity breathing down your neck 24/7

As the organization expands, there’s real room to grow alongside it. The culture is a great balance of fun and professionalism—people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely enjoy working together while still maintaining high standards. It’s an environment where you feel encouraged, valued, and motivated to do your best work

Cons

Growth brings a learning curve as systems and workflows continue to mature. Priorities can change as the company adapts to new opportunities. Not ideal for those who prefer a very structured, slow-moving environment.
