Pros

They will help you land a client.

Cons

They get half of your fee from the client. They are also inconsiderate of their staff as long as their clients are happy, even if their clients are clearly on the wrong side.

They will be supportive at the start of the onboarding process.

Cons

I waited for a few months to be matched with a client, and once I was (although it wasn't a role I have prior experience with), I began training. Unfortunately, I was told I was lagging, but the client never provided direct feedback during the process. I was let go immediately without the opportunity to improve. The company prioritizes client satisfaction above all else—even when the client is clearly in the wrong—and offers little support to staff once a contract ends. Despite initial promises to help with job placement, no updates were provided after the disengagement.

Pros

Been with the company for almost a year now and it has been a rewarding experience. The leadership truly values their employees and fosters an environment of collaboration and growth. The company provides a supportive environment, clear communication and a helpful admin / internal team that makes remote work enjoyable and productive.

Cons

The company doesn’t have a physical office if you want to experience working in a real-life office scenario. But for me that’s a plus since that guarantees 100% remote / wfh set up!
