      Fully remote setup gives incredible flexibility and work-life balance. The international team is friendly, super supportive, and full of talented people from all over the world. Plenty of autonomy to run creative campaigns, plus real growth opportunities as the company scales quickly. The product we market actually helps businesses build global teams, very fulfilling work.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment typical of a high-growth startup, so priorities can shift quickly. Coordinating across many time zones sometimes makes scheduling a bit tricky.
