None ...most of the good Mechs have left..the ones that are left are burnt out

High turn over. No work life separation...just a 2 bit chop shop. No real management. A lot of backroom deals

RJM will pay for your training and then you can follow the red carpet to Boca Aircraft Maintenance

Cons

Owner is unprofessional in every way, shape, manner, and form. His reckless decisions change daily and have caused a mass exodus of all long term mechanics. He hired a new educated management team but he wont give them reign to do their jobs. There is constant conflict which the owner creates between the old managers and the new. The result is massive turnover and turmoil. The workplace is impossible and volatile. There is no job security whatsoever as a result of the interference.
