      Pros

      - Amazing culture and a sense of comradery - Ethical and caring management - Super modern building with a lot of very impressive features - Great quality product you can stand by - High retention - many employees have been with the company for 10+ years, they definitely provide job security - Combined pay, bonuses, RSPs and other perks are very competitive - The company supports career growth and development of the employees, they pay for different training if that benefits our work.

      - Some individuals might at times be sensitive to change - Because this is a local company, career options might be more limited in comparison to larger organizations

      Pros

      Work with friends, great perks like alternative transportation incentive (get paid to bike/walk/bus to work), generous Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      Wages are not as high as some places, and housing in Victoria is very expensive. Upper management is a bit old-fashioned and set in their ways, but doesn't affect day to day work atmosphere.

      Good people on staff. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      Poor comp. Not competitive. Management has lost its way. HR is a joke. Some great people have left over the last year and the cracks are starting to show.
